Smokkelman Red (Batch 7) Collectable naturally coloured and bottled atDESCRIPTION Made from 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Malbec grown in the Dolomite rich soils of the Polkadraai Hills in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The Cabernet Sauvignon was wild fermented in open top cement fermenters and matured for 18 months in 225L French oak barrels, while the Malbec was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 24 months in older 300L French oak barrels.
